Meltblown Fabric Application Background
Meltblown fabric mainly uses polypropylene as the main raw material, and the fiber diameter can reach diameter 1~5 microns. There are many voids, fluffy structure, and good fold resistance. These ultra-fine fibers with unique capillary structure increase the number and surface area of fibers per unit area, so that the melt-blown fabric has good filteration, shielding, thermal insulation and oil absorption. It can be used in the fields of air, liquid filtration materials, insulation materials, absorption materials, mask materials, thermal insulation materials, oil-absorbing materials and wipers.
Application range:
(1) Medical and sanitary cloths: surgical gowns, protective clothing, sterilization wraps, masks, diapers, sanitary napkins.
(2) Fabrics for home decoration: wall coverings, tablecloths, bed sheets, bed covers.
(3) Follow-up cloth: lining, adhesive lining, flakes, shaped cotton, various synthetic leather base fabrics.
(4) Industrial fabrics: filter materials, insulating materials, cement bags, geotextiles, covering fabrics, etc.;
(5) Agricultural fabrics: crop protection fabrics, seedling raising fabrics, irrigation fabrics and thermal insulation curtains.
(6) Others: space cotton, thermal insulation and sound insulation materials, linoleum, cigarette filter and tea bags.
The melt-blown filter material is made of polypropylene microfibers randomly distributed and bound together. The appearance is white, smooth, and soft. The fiber fineness of the material is 0.5-1.0 μm. The random distribution of fibers provides more thermal bonding between fibers. Chance, so that the melt-blown gas filter material has a larger specific surface area and higher porosity (≥75%). After high-pressure electret filtration efficiency, the product has the characteristics of low resistance, high efficiency, high dust capacity and so on.

We, Zhangjiagang Acemien Safety Protection Co.,Ltd, have two 1600mm meltblown production lines with capacity of 1.5mt daily each in our thermostatic workshop ,normally for roll size of 175mm,180mm, 250mm 260mm for mask filtration, and for other purpose the size can be customized.
Actually we Acemien company also make meltbown machines,so that we understand the production fully because we have hundreds of times of experience for testing and debugging for our clients,and meatime, after trying many kinds of pp granulate, we managed to find one that works perfect on our machine, so we have a good quality control for our meltblown fabric.
Meltblown Roll Package
In order to keep the meltblown fabric filtration rate, the rolls should be packed immediately after cutting to avoid
moisture and dust which will have impact on the PFE filtration.We apply automatic packing machine with PE film wrapped completely in a column shape with two round corrugated shield at both ends.
