Machine Standard Configuration:
  1. Reasonably solid square steel frame:
    1. Whole composition is main machine external unwinding machine unit back operating platform, glue applicator on the back operating platform, cabinet put beneath
    2. Chassis adopts 120*120*6mm square tube ,18mm thick (after processing) plate cover on the chassis
    3. Adopt chassis surface processing after welding
    4. Stand column adopts 60*60mm solid square steel, rectangle frame structure ,6 surfaces processing
    5. Adopts bolt joint between rectangle frame and the chassis
    6. Thickness of main board is 30mm (after processing),6 surfaces processing, all the holes are processed by gantry machining center, without gas cutting ,bolt joint between rectangle stand frame and the main panel

  1. The equipment adopts front/rear 2 platforms design. The front platform is mainly used for the replacement and operation of the upper raw materials; the rear platform is mainly used for placing the hot melt adhesive machine and the hot melt adhesive, the stroke distance is short, and the glue spray effect is better; the electric cabinet is placed under the rear platform, which is easy to save space and overhaul. All platforms are equipped with stainless steel handrails, and the perimeter of the platform is equipped with stainless steel guardrails, which are safe, clean and beautiful.
 
  1. Crusher system (double entrance):
  1. Crusher adopts duel-entrance design, double servo motor control, entrance A&B can auto shifting the pulp using, tail material will be returned out automatically, to realize the continuous producing. Use coupling to clutch the servo motor and drive roller, increase the conveyor efficiency.
  2. Crusher set on top of the drum, equips with the sound &dust proof room, the platform equips with the stainless steel, the platform surrounding equip with the stainless steel handrail.
  3. Upright pulp frame, equipped with auto rising system by sliding motor, more convenient for loading and uploading pulp, the diameter of pulp should be ≤1400mm
  4. Crusher:horizontally feeding, adopted with sawmill, can crush untreated, half treated and treated pulp, pulp width is ≤480mm , the capacity of crusher motor is 45KW, bursting strength of pulp is ≤1200kpa, can crush about 800kg/hour.  crusher speed is 4900-5050 rpm.
  5. Pulp feeding system adopted with servo control, can change according to the production speed and adjust the feeding quantity automatically, ensure the weight of each piece is even (error ≤8%); also adopted with auto detecting function, will auto stop and alarm when raw material runs out or break up
  6. Two kinds of wood pulp can be used at the same time according to the product demand, and the weight ratio of each kind of wood pulp can be read and set separately.
  7. The crusher base is equipped with rubber mat to reduce vibration noise.

  1. Fluff core forming system (5 layers under pads )
  1. Fluff core adopts direct-head feeding system, the cellulose is evenly distributed, and the width of the cotton core is adjustable within 400-550mm.
  2. The fluff core wrapped by upper and bottom tissue
  3. SAP is feeding on the surface of fluff core.
  4. Fluff core forming blower capacity is ≥90KW, With silencer
  5. Adopt with box type dust collecting device to improve the environment of workshop (Optional)

  1. Adopt with servo control, the weight can be set according to requirements on touchable screen

SAP bin fixed with quantity of 50 kg, when SAP bin storage reached to lower position, the ground storage box will automatically feeding, the maximum quantity of each piece is 8g, each piece adding quantity can be adjusted between 3-6g, the deviation of each piece on stable speed will not more than±5%, the feeding quantity reach to set value when main machine speed reach to 20 pcs/min, will automatically stop feeding when main machine speed is lower than 20pcs/min.
  5. SAP auto suction unit ,480KG/H capacity, and has low position alarm detection, SAP use delivery belt type structure, has pneumatic valve in exit, close when machine stop ,open when machine runs, also equip with heating system ,to avoid getting wet of SAP

    1.
