About package
For the meltblown, the ability of Static electricity is very important, so that needs to put the electret masterbatch. If it doesn't have it, the meltblown will release the static electricity very quickly after produced. That is why some supplier's meltdown performs very well when just come off from the production and tests good, but after a while when the customer received it performs badly.
Another thing that needs to be careful is the package. It's a long way to your warehouse from China and the meltblown should avoid moisture, water, exposed to air, and heavy pressure during transportation. So that we will use film to seal the meltblown rollers first, package into the canton box, and put into the wooden frame box again with the film. So that could protect the meltblown well.
